Want an iTunes refund?
When the purchase is a digital download from theiTunes StoreorApp Store, getting a refund is less common.
iTunes and App Store refunds aren’t guaranteed, but we show you how to request one.

In that case, use the Apple Music app (iTunes has been discontinued).
In that, selectMusic>Preferences, and check the box next toShow iTunes Store.
Then clickiTunes Storein the left sidebar.

Skip to step 3.
OpeniTunesand clickStoreto go to the iTunes Store.
Then, sign in with your Apple ID/Apple Account and password when prompted.

On theAccount Informationscreen, go to thePurchase Historysection and clickSee All.
Scroll through your purchase history.
Locate the item you want a refund for, then clickMore.

In the expanded listing, clickReport a Problem.
Either way, the steps are the same.
On theReport a Problemscreen, click theChoose Problemdrop-down menu and clickI’d like to request a refund.

In theDescribe this problemtext box, enter the reason you’re requesting the refund, then clickSubmit.
You wont get an immediate answer.
On the iOS devices, the process is different from the one on the Mac.

Here’s what to do:
On the iOS machine, open Safari, then go toreportaproblem.apple.com.
Sign in with your Apple Account.
On theReport a Problemscreen, tap theI’d like todrop-down menu and tapRequest a Refund.

TapTell us moreand tap the reason for the refund.
Review the items available for refund and tap the one you want to request the refund for.
All requests for iTunes Store or App Store refunds must be made within 90 days of the purchase date.

The more you request refunds, the less likely you are to get one.
