If you arent sure which one to use, start with the Run dialog box method.
The instructions included in this article apply to Windows 10.
Press and hold theWindows key+Rto launch the Run dialog box.

Typeipconfig /flushdnsinto the text field, and clickOK.
Check to see if your problem has been resolved.
Click theStartbutton or Taskbar search field, and typecommand.

Typeipconfig /flushdnsand press the enter key.
Wait for the process to finish.
It uses Windows PowerShell instead of the Command Prompt, so it uses an entirely different command.

Right click theStartbutton, and selectWindows PowerShell (Admin).
If prompted for permission from User Account Control, clickYes.
TypeClear-DnsClientCacheand then press the enter key.
