Maybe you could hear your friends while they cant hear you (or the other way around).
If it stopped working when you switched consoles, it may not be compatible.
Since the headset connects to the controller, it wont work if your controller isnt connected.
If you find that it isnt connected, trysyncing the controlleragain.
ensure the wireless adapter is connected.
see to it its inserted correctly and pushed in all the way.
Check to see that your headset is charged.
If youre using a wireless headset, verify that its charged and powered on.
Try muting and unmuting to see if your friends can hear you.
