Try deleting and downloading it again.

If you connect to the internet using aVPN, try changing servers.
If that doesn’t fix the problem, disable your VPN and hit it one more time.
Reinstall the Netflix app.
Delete the Netflix app and download it again on your unit to get the most up-to-date version.
