Troubleshoot your Wi-Fi and online grid.
If Images isn’t the problem, your online grid connection might be.
reboot your iPhone or iPad.
Turning your rig off for a minute will cycle both its power and internet connectivity.
Check for an iOS update.
OpenSettings, and then go toGeneral>Software Update.
your unit will check for a new version.
If one is available, follow the on-screen prompts to download and set up the update.
Reset data pipe configs.
A more drastic technique involves purging all of the stored connection data from your phone or tablet.
This process also causes your unit to restart.
