Ensure the links to your files are correct by copying and pasting.
Go toFile>Info>Optimize Compatibility, and PowerPoint will automatically fire off the optimization.
IfOptimize Compatibilityappears, your media format may have compatibility issues on another gadget.
Embed your audio files.
Using embeds rather than linking to audio files will guarantee playback.
Doing so increases the size of your presentation, but compressing your audio files helps save space.
Go toFile>Info>Compress Media, and then pick the audio quality you want.
PowerPoint will automatically convert the files.
