Contact your internet service provider andAmazon.
Do you haveparental controls through your internet service provideror your router?
If you do, verify that Amazon Prime Video isn’t blocked through your parental controls.
Does Your web link Support Streaming?
If you’re at home and have your own high speed internet connection, then it probably supports streaming.
