Here are your options from easiest to most difficult.

Delete the game and reinstall it.

If the error occurs while downloading a game:

Clean the game disc.

Then, try installing it again.

Restore your PS4 software licenses.

In rare instances, there could be a conflict with your PlayStation account and your game licenses.

To fix this issue, go toSettings>Account Management>Restore Licenses.

Start the PS4 in safe mode and rebuild the database.

This process will not delete any of your game data, but it will scan for corrupted system files.

Rebuilding the database can help whenever you’re experiencing sluggish performance and slow load times.

This method will wipe all of your data on the console.

Hard reset your PS4.

You’ll lose everything on your hard drive, so have a go at recover your data first.

Fortunately, you’ve got the option to re-download the software you purchased through your PSN account.

Get your PS4 fixed or replaced by Sony.

Replace the PS4 hard drive.

This error is usually seen during a failed installation.

In such cases, delete the corrupted download and try installing the software again.

To fix this, reinstall the game and/or restore your account licenses.

Your options include rebuilding the database and reinstalling the PS4 operating system.
