How to Find All Mail From a Sender Quickly in Outlook

In any Outlook folder or search result, right-choose a message from the sender.

Choose eitherMessages in this ConversationorMessages from Sender.

Related messages appear in theMessage Listpane.

At the top of the Message List pane, selectAll Mailboxesto search all of your email accounts.

Or, chooseCurrent Mailboxto restrict results to the current folder.

Use search tools and filters to restrict results further.

Open a message from the sender in its own window.

In theEditinggroup, selectRelated.

Outlook displays all mail from the same sender in theMessage Listpane.
