To empty theJunk EmailandDeleted Itemsfolders:
Open Outlook.com.
In the Folders pane, right-click theDeleted Itemsfolder.
To delete email from the Junk Email folder, right-smack the folder and selectEmpty folder.
In theDeletedialog box, selectDelete allto confirm that you want to delete everything in the folder permanently.
Go to theDeleted Itemsfolder and selectRecover items deleted from this folder.
snag the message you want to recover and chooseRestore.
Outlook moves the message to the Inbox.
