Changing the Windows registry as explained below will not harm your rig.
Right-clickWindowsfrom the left pane and then chooseNew>Key.
Right-click that new key and selectNew>DWORD (32-bit) Value.

Name the keyNoLockScreen, and then double-click it and change its value to1.

Expand theComputer Configurationgroup on the left and then double-clickAdministrative Templates.
Continue by openingControl Panel>Personalization.
Double-clickDo not display the lock screenon the right.

ChooseEnabled, and then selectOK.
To re-turn on the lock screen in Windows 10, repeat these directions, but chooseDisabledat the last step.
