For more control over downloading music to your iPad, familiarize yourselfwith the options for syncing musicin iTunes.
Connect your devices with the cable that came with the iPad and open iTunes.
iTunes may open as soon as you connect the iPad if that setting is selected.
Tap theiPadicon near the top of the screen.
TapMusic(located underSettings).
Select theSync Musiccheck box.
Checking this box displays more options.
you could now decide which songs, albums, artists, andplaylists to move from iTunes to your iPad.
Here’s how:
ClickSummaryon the left side of the iTunes screen.
Scroll down to theOptionssection and select theSync only checked songs and videoscheck box.
This option is only available if you selected theSync Musiccheck box on theMusicscreen.
Click theBackarrow in the upper-left corner.
ClickLibraryon the main screen of iTunes.
pick the check boxes next to the songs you want to sync to your iPad.
Click theiPadicon, and then clickSyncon theSummarypage.
iTunes moves only the songs you checked to your iPad.
