Open thePhoneapp, select theMenuicon, then chooseSettings.
Scroll through the configs and selectCall-forwardingif it’s an option.
You may have to openAdvancedorMore Settingsto find this.
Disable all call-forwarding functions.
Your phone should stop forwarding calls to your voicemail provider.
To do this, simply disable notifications for voicemailsyou’ll still be alerted about new calls.
OpenSettingsand tapApps>Phone>Notifications.
Tap the toggle next toVoicemailsto disable voicemail alerts.
Mobile carriers offer paid options, butGoogle Voicedoes it for free.
When you get a voicemail, Google transcribes it and then emails it to you.
