Microsoft no longer supports Internet Explorer and recommends that you update to the newerEdge web client.
Head to their site todownload the newest version.
Select thesettings/gearbutton, and go toTools>Internet options.

Close Internet Explorer and then open it again.

Create a new REG_DWORD valuecalled2500within the zone.
kick off the new value and set it as3to disable Protected Mode (0enables it).

Should I Disable IE Protected Mode?
