Erasing a Snapchat message is simple:
Press and hold on the specific message you want to delete.
ChooseDeletefrom the pop-up menu, orDelete Chat Replyif it’s a reply.
Confirm by pressingOkayorDelete Chat(whichever button you see).
The recipient might havesecretly opened your snap.
Doing this simply removes the shortcut to the conversation from the Chat feed.
Select yourprofileicon in the top left corner.
Tap thegearicon in the top right corner to enter the prefs.
Scroll to theAccount Actionssection at the very bottom, and then tapClear Conversation.
TapX>Clearnext to any conversation to delete it from the Chat feed.
Stories can be viewed by your friends or the public for that time, depending on yourSnapchat privacy options.
Tap the circularStoryicon in the upper left corner of any tab.
opt for story from theMy Storyarea of your profile page.
When your story opens, press thethree dotsin the corner followed byDelete>Delete.
