How to Remove Books From Kindle
Here’s how to delete a book from your Amazon Kindle.
Turn on your unit.
On theHomescreen, selectYour Library.
Press and hold the book you want to delete.
Then follow the steps below to delete a book from your Amazon account.
In the upper-right corner, hover your cursor overAccount & Listsand selectYour Content and Devices.
TheManage Your Content and Devicesscreen opens.
In theSelectcolumn, snag the check boxes to the left of the books you want to delete.
Toward the top of the screen, selectDelete.
A dialog box appears, asking if you’re sure you want to delete the titles.
SelectYes, delete permanently.
Once a book is permanently deleted, there’s no way to retrieve it.
To get it back on your Kindle, you must repurchase it.
it’s possible for you to re-download it to any unit at any time.
This can be done on your Kindle or through the Amazon website.
Here’s how to do it on your Kindle machine:
Turn on your Kindle.
On theHomescreen, selectYour Library.
go for the book you want to re-download.
This is one way to free up memory space when you don’t need a particular book.
Next to the book you want to re-download, selectActions.
In the dialog box, select your preferredDeliver tooption.
