Instructions in this article apply to iCloud for iOS devices as well as Windows and Mac computers.
Go to the top of theSettingsinterface, then tap your name.
A list of devices tied to your iCloud account appears.

Tap the machine containing the apps you wish to delete.
If you want to delete iCloud apps from more than one unit, repeat these steps accordingly.
Turn off the toggle next to the app that you wish to delete from iCloud.

A message appears near the bottom of the screen.
TapTurn Off & Deleteto complete the process.
SelectSystem configs(calledSystem Preferencesin some versions).

In some versions of macOS, this option is called “Apple ID.”
drop your Apple ID/Apple Account and password if prompted.
SelectManagein the lower-right corner of the iCloud interface.

Go to the left column, then opt for app you want to delete.
SelectDelete all Filesto remove all files associated with the app from your iCloud.
If you see a warning message, selectDeleteto complete the process.

You may be prompted to enter a verification code that was sent to one of your other devices.
SelectStoragein the lower-right corner of the iCloud interface.
pick the app you want to delete.

Then selectDelete Documents and Datato remove all files from your iCloud Backup associated with the app.
A warning message may appear at this point.
If so, selectDeleteto complete the process.

One possible reason is your Screen Time controls.
You must turn on Screen Time to see these options and make changes.
