Instructions apply to the desktop version of Outlook 2010 and newer.
choose the box next toDo not deliver before.
Set the date and time you want the email to be sent.

In the message window, selectSend.
you’re free to go there to edit or cancel a scheduled email.
Open theOutboxfolder to find the messages that are scheduled but have not yet been sent.

To stop the scheduled email, simply delete it.
Go toFile>Manage Rules & Alerts.
SelectNew Rulefrom the theEmail Rulestab.

SelectApply rule on messages I send, then selectNext.
To apply a delay send to all messages, clear all the checkboxes, then selectNext.
SelectYesto apply the rule to all sent messages.

choose the box next todefer delivery by a number of minutes.
Selecta number offrom the box at the bottom of the wizard.
Define any exceptions if you want to, then selectNext.

Enter a descriptive name in the Step 1 box.
Select theTurn on this rulecheckbox if it isn’t already checked.
SelectOKon the confirmation prompt to apply the changes.

What Happens If Outlook Is Not Running at the Delivery Time?
It will be sent immediately the next time you open Outlook.
What Happens If There Is No Internet Connection at the Delivery Time?

Once the internet connection is restored, the email will be sent immediately.
The same is true if Work Offline is enabled.
