Navigate toFile>Optionsto open that program’s options window, such asWord Optionsin MS Word.

Open theCustomize Ribbonoption from the left.

Choose theCustomize…button on the bottom of that screen, next toKeyboard shortcuts:.

Choose an option from theCategories:section and then pick an action for the hotkey in theCommands:area.
