Go to theHometab and selectNew Email.

If you’ve successfully added an alias, you’ll see a drop-down menu next toFrom.

SelectFromand then select one of your aliases.

Or if you don’t want to use an added account, selectOther Email Address.

In the field labeledFrom, enter the email address you want to send from.

pick the drop-down menu forSend Usingand pick the email address you want to send the email from.

Compose and send your email.

SelectManage how you sign in to Microsoft.

If you usetwo-factor authentication, request and enter the necessary code.

In theManage how you sign in to Microsoftpage, selectAdd email.

To use a new address as an alias, selectCreate a new email addressand add it as an alias.

To add an email address you already have, selectAdd an existing email address as a Microsoft account alias.

If prompted, put in your password again for security purposes, then selectSign in.

Your newly added alias is listed on theManage how you sign in to Microsoftpage underAccount alias.

Your primary Outlook.com email address is the one you use to open your Microsoft account.

it’s possible for you to sign in to your account with any of your aliases.

In theAre you sure you want to remove this alias from your accountdialog box, selectRemove.

You might be prompted to drop your password in for security measures.

Removing an alias does not prevent it from being used again.
