This will take you directly to the Control Panel item.

SelectAdd or remove user accountsunderUser Accounts.

To create a new account, chooseCreate a new account.

Remember this name is the same that will appear on theWelcome Screenand on theStart Menu.

You cannot make a named user a guest account.

There’s only one guest account per computer, and it’s already provisioned.

When you are done, the account appears in the account list in the Control Panel.

User accounts let you share a computer with several people while having your own files and tweaks.

Each person accesses a separate user account with a username and password.

In most instances, the first user account in Windows 7 is the Administrator account.
