Press theF11key on your keyboard.

A chart is created and added to a separate worksheet in the current workbook.

If the default parameters haven’t been changed, acolumn chartis created by pressing F11.

Mac users may need to hold down theFnkey while pressing any function keys, such as F1.

Here’s how to add a chart to the same worksheet:

Press and hold theAltkey.

If you are on a Mac, substitute theOptionkey.

snag the chart.

Select theChart Tools Designtab.

SelectChange Chart bang out.

go for the jot down of chart you’d like to use.

pick the style of the chart.

SelectOKwhen you’re done.

Then, save the chart as a template.

Right-choose the chart to open a context menu.

ChooseSave as Templateto kick off the Save Chart Templatedialog box.

Enter a name for the template in theFile nametext box.

SelectSaveto save the template and exit the dialog box.

To delete a chart template:

SelectChange Chart Typeto open theChange Chart Typedialog box.

SelectTemplatesto see a list of your chart templates.

SelectMange Templatesto initiate the file manager showing the saved chart templates.

Right-punch the chart template you want to delete and selectDelete.
