AirDrop is designed for wirelessly sharing files, but the process can be a little finicky.
On your Mac unit, open a new Finderwindow and selectAirDrop.
AirDrop will scan for compatible nearby devices.

pick the icon representing the PC or Mac rig you would like to send the file to.
You will be asked to eitherAcceptorDeclinethe file.
You will also need to select an app with which to launch the file.

To transfer files using a Lightning connector you will need the latest version ofiTuneson your PC.
Open iTunes and select theiPhoneoriPadicon next to theMusicdrop-down menu.
You will need to trust the PC for transfer files.

Under theSettingsmenu on the left-hand side, selectFile Sharing.
Once you’ve located the file, select to highlight the file under theDocumentpane on the right.
you might only share files to and from the apps listed here.

Scroll down and selectSave.
Choose a destination for the file(s) on your PC, then selectSelect Folder.
This is an easier solution than using a Lightning cable.

This may require downloadingGoogle Keeporadding Dropbox to your iPad’s Files app.
On your iOS gear, navigate to the file you would like to transfer and select theSharebutton.
pick the appropriate destination.

Some files will include the option toSave to Dropbox, if you’d like to share to Dropbox.
Methods and menu options vary, but the cloud storage option is almost always accessed through theSharemenu.
