Here’s how to enable it:
Open Control Panelon the computer you want to connect to.
Go toWindows Tools(Windows 11) orAdministrative Tools, and thenServices.
you’ve got the option to also open Services via the Run dialog box with theservices.msccommand.
You won’t see this option inControl Panelif you’re viewing the items by category.
Switch to the other view to seeAdministrative Tools.
FindRemote Registryfrom the list and double-click or double-tap it.
From theStartup typedrop-down box, chooseManual.
SelectStart, followed byOKonce the service is done starting.
wrap up the Services window, and any Control Panel windows you might still have open.
