If your laptop doesn’t have an HDMI port, aUSB-Cadapter is necessary.

Here’s how it works:

Insert one end of the HDMI cable into your Chromebook.

Insert one end of the HDMI cable into your Chromebook.

Insert the opposite end of the HDMI cable into your TV.

Look for one or more HDMI ports on the back, bottom, or sides of the screen.

Turn on your Chromebook.

Insert the opposite end of the HDMI cable into your TV.

Turn on the TV and set it to the proper input (e.g.

HDMI 1, HDMI 2, etc.).

Your Chromebook’s desktop should now appear on the TV.

Select the clock in the bottom-right corner of the screen, then select the settings gear.

To make the entire screen visible, you may have to change some options.

Select theclockin the lower-right corner of the screen, then select theSettingsgear.

In the Chromebook tweaks, scroll down to theDevicesection and selectDisplays.

In the Chromebook settings, scroll down to the Device section and select Displays.

Check the box next toMirror Built-in DisplayorMirror Internal Display.

Your entire Chromebook screen should now appear on your TV.

Select theclockon the Chromebook shelf, then selectCast devices available.

Check the box beside Mirror Internal Display.

ensure Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are turned on.

Choose your Chromecast rig.

Select your desktop in the pop-up window, then selectShare.

Select the clock in the Chromebook shelf, then select Cast.

you’ve got the option to also connect wirelessly via Chromecast orChrome Remote Desktop.

Toconnect AirPods to your Chromebook, turn on Bluetooth and put your AirPods in pairing mode.

Go toBluetooth Available Deviceson your Chromebook and selectAirPods.

Choose your Chromecast device.

You canconnect your Chromebook to a printerwith a USB cable.

For wireless printing, connect your printer to Wi-Fi.

Then, go toSettings>Advanced>Printers>Add printer.

Select your desktop in the pop-up window, then select Share.

Use the Phone Hub toconnect your phone to your Chromebook.

Turn on Bluetooth on both devices and select thePhoneicon >Get Started.

To stop casting your screen, select the clock again, then select Stop in the window that opens above the system tray menu.
