First, launch the desktop Outlook app and selectFilein the menu.

In the Outlook Options window, selectMailfrom the navigation pane.

The remaining steps below are the same.

Select theSignaturesbutton to enter the Signatures configuration window.

In theSignaturesandStationerywindow, selectNewto create a new signature.

Give the signature a relevant name.

you could create multiple signatures.

For example, create one for your personal emails and one for your work emails.

This tool lets you use any font style or even import pictures into your signature if you like.

SelectOKwhen you’re done to secure your new signature.

The signature at the bottom of the email will change automatically.

you could change the signature whenever you like while you’re editing the email.

There are two ways to do this.

When you’re editing an email, selectMessagesfrom the menu, and then selectSignaturefrom theIncludesection of the ribbon.

Select Signatures from the dropdown list.

you’re free to also get to the Signatures window using the same procedure as above.

you’re free to edit that signature by using the editor pane at the bottom of the window.

When you’re done, selectOKto finish editing and save the changes to your signature.

The app is essentially identical on both platforms when it comes to adding or editing an email signature.

fire up the Outlook app and tap themenu iconin the upper left corner of the window.

Tap thegear iconin the menu (this will kick off the parameters menu).

In the parameters menu, scroll down to the Mail section and tapSignature.

In the Signature window, you could create a basic signature using the on-screen keyboard.

The signature is text-based only; there are no font styling or image abilities here.

TapDonein the upper right corner of the screen to stash your signature.

If you use multiple email accounts, you might configure a unique signature for each account.

The signature will appear automatically depending on which account you’re using.
