Open Instagram and from your news feed, tap yourProfileicon in the lower-right corner.
When your profile opens, tapEdit Profileabout halfway down the page.
From theEdit Profilepage that appears, scroll down and tapEmail AddressunderProfile Information.
You should see a confirmation email that instructs you to check the new email address you entered.
TapOK, and then go check your email.
Open Instagram in a web surfing app and click yourProfileicon in the upper-right corner of the page.
In the menu that appears, tapProfile.
When your profile opens, tapEdit Profile.
Then in theEmailfield, you’re able to highlight and change the email address you want to use.
When you’re finished clickSubmit.
