Outlook 2003 users will need to pressFonts.

SelectOKto shut the Options menu.

Your default font features should now be permanently changed.

SelectMail>Compose and reply.

UnderMessage format, select thefont dropdownand choose the new default font you want to use.

When you have your font choices set, selectSave.

New messages composed on Outlook.com will now use your chosen default font choices.

Change your signature or selectNewto create a new signature.

In Outlook mobile, go toSettings>Signatureand create or change your signature.

On a Mac go toTools>Accounts, choose an account, and enter anew password.
