Pause the game to launch the main menu and selectSettings.
SelectGameon the left side.

To change the default game mode, selectDefault Game Modeand choose a mode.
Scroll down further in the parameters to adjust the difficulty.

Difficulty affects how quickly your hunger bar is depleted and the aggressiveness of mobs.
Exit the main menu to return to the game.
You’ll see a message confirming that the game mode has been changed.

You must first enable cheats to use this method.

On the right side of the screen, scroll down to theCheatssection and selectActivate Cheats.

Exit the main menu to return to the game, then kick off the chat window.
The way to do this depends on your platform:
key in/gamemode.
As you throw in, you’ll see your options appear in the chat window.

Enter the letter for your game mode and pressEnter.
