If you cant remember how you signed up for Disney Plus, try each of the methods below.
The Disney Plus cancel option will only appear within the system you signed up in.

OpenSettingson your iOS equipment.
In some versions of iOS, this option is called “Apple ID.”
If you see Disney+ on your list of subscriptions, tap on it and then tapCancel Subscription.
Find Disney Plus from the list and tapCancelsubscription.
What Happens When I Cancel Disney Plus?
Canceling Disney Plus will not delete your data or your Disney account.
From your profile, selectAccount>Delete Account.
If you want to delete your Disney account,contact Disney directly.
In the mobile app, follow these same steps fromAccount.
Play a show or movie and select theSettingsicon in the upper-right corner to adjust the subtitle or audio language.
