Confirm the iOS update download has stopped by going toSettings>General>Software Update.

If theDownloadbutton is lit up, the download has stopped.

How Do I Stop iOS Update in Progress?

Find the iOS update file and tap it.

In the confirmation pop-up, tapDelete Updateagain.

Tochoose your iOS update configs, run with this:

TapSoftware Update.

Your phone will check for and display any available iOS updates.

If one is available, tapDownloadandInstall, and then tapInstall Now.

Tryusing your setup to revamp your iPhone.

It could also be a problem with your internet connection that hinders your update.

TapUpdateto install an update, or tapUpdate Allto install all available updates.

To have your apps automatically update, go toSettings>App Storeand toggle onAutomatic Downloads.
