Block Pop-Ups in Chrome on a Mac or PC
Open Chrome on a Mac or PC.
SelectMore(the three vertical dots located in the upper-right corner), then selectSettings.
UnderPrivacy and security, selectSite parameters.

Turn on theBlocked (recommended)toggle switch.
Since some pop-ups are legitimate, underAllow, add any sites for whichyou want to accept pop-ups.
If you only want to block pop-ups from specific sites, add those sites underBlock.

TapContent configs > Block Pop-ups.
Turn off theBlock Pop-upsoption.
Block Pop-Ups in Chrome on Android Devices
pop kick open the Chrome app on the Android gadget.

On the right of the address bar, tapMore(the three dots), then tapSettings.
TapSite options>Pop-ups and redirects.
Turn offPop-ups and redirects.

Open Edge and go toSettings and more(the three dots).
SelectSettings(the gear icon).
UnderGeneral, turn onBlock Pop-ups.

Go to theSafarimenu, then selectPreferences.
SelectSecurityat the top of the window.
Select theBlock pop-upwindowscheck box to enable this feature.

Block Pop-Up Ads in Opera
These instructions apply to the Opera web web client.
In Opera, pressAlt+Pto openSettings.
Alternatively, select theshieldicon at the right side of the Opera address bar and turn onBlock ads.

Block Pop-Up Ads in Mozilla Firefox
These instructions apply to Firefox on Macs or PCs.
For Firefox on an iOS gear, tap the Firefox menu button and select theSettingsicon.
You may have to swipe left to locate this option.

Turn on theBlock Pop-up Windowsoption.
Open Firefox and select theFirefoxbutton near the upper-left corner of the window.
SelectOptions(Windows) orPreferences(macOS).

In Windows, selectContentin the left sidebar.
In macOS, selectPrivacy and Security.
Scroll down and select theBlock pop-up windowscheck box.
