In theBlocked senders and domainssection, selectAdd.

key in the domain name you want to block, then pressEnterto add the domain to the list.

The domain name appears after the @ in an email address.

For example, if the recipient isclient1@clientcompany.com, the domain isclientcompany.com.

SelectSave, then close theSettingsdialog box.

Now when you get an email from that domain, it’s automatically diverted to your Junk Email folder.

Name the rule, then select theAdd a conditiondropdown arrow and chooseSender address includes.

In theEnter all or part of an addresstext box, enter the domain you want to block.

Select theAdd an actiondropdown arrow and chooseMark as Junk.

Enter the email address you want to allow.

Any email from the domain you’ve defined in the rule automatically goes to the Junk Email folder.
