Here’s how to do it:
initiate the Instagram app and tapYour Storyin the upper-left corner.
Tap thelibrary/gallery iconin the lower-left corner to see the most recently taken photos and videos on your gear.
Optionally, select a media folder using the drop-down button in the upper-left corner.
