In theAddress Bookwindow, opt for distribution list.

If the contact is in your address book, chooseFrom Outlook Contacts.

If the contact isn’t in your address book, selectNew E-Mail Contact.

Open the Outlook desktop app and select the Home tab, then select Address Book.

SelectOKto return to the distribution list.

To add a new contact, enter aDisplay nameandE-mail address.

SelectOKto return to the distribution list.

In the Address Book window, double-click the distribution list.

In theContact Groupwindow, go to theContact Grouptab and selectSave & Close.

The group is now updated with the new contact, and you cansend an email to the distribution list.

It’s also possible tocreate a distribution list using contact categories in Outlook.

In the Contact Group window, go to the Contact Group tab, select Add Members, then choose the location where the contact is stored.

SelectAdd to list, then go for the plus (+) next to the distribution list.

Toschedule an email in Outlook, compose your message and selectOptions.

Under More Options, selectDelay Delivery.

Choose the contacts you want to add to the distribution list, then select Members. and OK.

Under Properties, selectDo not deliver beforeand pick a time and date.

Go back to your email and selectSend.

Torecall an email, open Outlook and go to theSent Itemsfolder.

To add a new contact, enter a Display name and E-mail address, then select OK

Double-tap the message you want to recall.

Go to theMessagetab, select theActionsdrop-down arrow, and chooseRecall This Message.

Tocreate a signature, open Outlook and go toSettings>View all Outlook prefs.

In the Contact Group window, go to the Contact Group tab and select Save & Close.

In theSettingswindow, selectMail>Compose and reply.

In theEmail signaturesection, compose and format your signature.

Select the All Contacts tab, then select the contact you want to add.
