Plug in the drive and format it.

Your new drive is now available for use.

Press theXbox buttonto fire up the Guide, then selectMy games & apps.
Highlight the game, select it, and selectMove or copy.
you’re free to use theSelect alloption if there are multiple items on this screen.
Wait for the game to move.
When it finishes, your game will be on your external drive.
What Drives Work With Xbox Series X or S?
check that the external drive is connected and that your Xbox recognizes it.
bring up the Media Player app and look for your external drive.
choose the drive, browse through your media files, then play the one you want.
