Access iCloud Photos From Android
Apple offers a web client-based version of certain iCloud apps for Android.

For example, you might share photos only by email or by copying a link.
To access iCloud Photos on an Android machine, open a net web surfer, and go to icloud.com.
Sign in to iCloud when prompted and then tapPhotos.
Sign in to your iCloud account.
From here, you’re free to view your iCloud Photos and videos online.
Then, on the Apple TV, open thePhotosapp and selectLibrary.
