Not every game is compatible by default.

Simply configure the mouse with your controller to get it working.

The keyboard should work automatically.

If using a wireless equipment, double-check it’s turned on and has charged batteries.

Plug in a compatible wired or wireless mouse to an available USB port on the console.

Press theXboxbutton on the controller to launch the side menu.

Scroll over to theProfile & systemtab, which has your user pic on it.

Configure your mouse using the Xbox One controller.

If you don’t see the mouse as a selectable option, restart the console.

Load any game with mouse navigation enabled.

Your USB mouse should now be operational.

Only certain games or apps allow mouse navigation.

Also, you could’t use a mouse to navigate the Xbox One home screen.

The keyboard doesn’t need any additional configuration.

The easiest way to do this is with theXIM Apex.

Check to verify yourkeyboard and mouse are compatible with XIM Apex.

When the button flashes blue on the XIM, release the button, then selectUpdate Firmware.

Download theXIM Apex Manager appfor Android or iOS to set up key configurations for specific Xbox One games.

Toconnect an Xbox controller to your iPhone, openSettings>Bluetoothand verify your iPhone has Bluetooth turned on.
