Consolidate your email accounts
Email forwarding automatically sends messages from one account to another.
Occasionally jump in to your Microsoft email account to avoid having it marked as inactive and eventually deleted.
To skip the first several steps that follow, go directly tothe Outlook forwarding options.

ChooseView all Outlook configs.
Go toMail>Forwarding.
Because you’re accessing sensitive information, Microsoft might ask you to get in to your account again.
Select theEnable forwardingcheck box.
In theForward my email tofield, enter the email address you want to forward messages.
SelectSaveto confirm the changes.
