Open an email from the sender whose messages you want to filter.
Go toMessageand selectRules>Create Rule.
In theCreate Ruledialog box, select theFrom [sender]check box.

In theDo the followingsection, select theMove the item to foldercheck box.
In theRules and Alertsdialog box, choose the folder where incoming messages from the sender will be moved.
To create a new folder, selectNew, enter a name for the folder, and selectOK.

SelectOKwhen you’re done.
New emails you receive from the specified sender are stored in the folder you selected.
SelectView all Outlook configs.

In theSettingswindow, go toMail, selectRules, then chooseAdd new rule.
Enter a name for your rule.
Select theAdd a conditiondropdown arrow, selectFrom, then enter the sender’s email address.

Select theAdd an actiondropdown arrow, chooseMove to, then choose the target folder.
Incoming emails from that sender automatically move to the folder you selected.
