Saving contacts as vCards stores a large number of contacts efficiently.
Start Outlook, go to the bottom of the navigation pane, then selectPeopleorContacts.
Go to theHometab and, in theCurrent Viewgroup, selectPeople.
Go to theHometab and selectNew Contact.
In theContactwindow, enter theFull Name,Emailaddress, and other information for the contact.
As you enter information, it appears in the business card.
Go to theContacttab and selectSave & Close.
To share a vCard as an attachment to an email message, selectForward Contact>As a Business Card.
Go toFile>Save As.
Navigate to the folder where you want to save the file.
Enter theFirst name,Last name,Email address, and other contact information.
To display an image of the person in the vCard, selectAdd a photo.
SelectCreateto make the new vCard.
