you’re free to also send emails using these account addresses from Gmail.
These services may have specific instructions that describe how to enter the service in Gmail.

If not, follow the generic instructions below.
To have Gmail retrieve mail from an existing POPemail account:
SelectSettings.
Go to theAccounts and Importtab.

In theCheck mail from other accountssection, selectAdd a mail account.
Enter the email address to check through Gmail, then selectNext.
SelectImport emails from my other account (POP3).

Enter theUsername,Password,Pop Server, andPortinformation.
Look for this information on your email service provider’s website.
go for the options that are appropriate for your situation.

Gmail recommends using a secure connection and labeling incoming messages.
If the purpose of this account is to back up messages, selectArchive incoming messagesto move messages toAll mail.
