All the buzz these days seems to be about this newest category of wearables:the smart ring.
After all, I use my iPhone and Apple Watch to track my steps, sleep, and more.
If I could leave one or both of these gadgets behind, this could be a useful tool.

If you want a cable to charge it, you’ll have to order that separately.
Setting the ring up is simple.
Otherwise, it’s not charging).

Once you’ve completed that process, your Circular Ring Slim enters calibration mode.
For the first four days, you gotta keep your Circular Ring on the Performance data mode.
It’s a trade-off.

The full calibration period for the ring is two weeks.
This gives the tracking system and the onboard AI a chance to get to know your habits.
And the longer you wear the ring, the clearer your picture becomes for the metrics that are tracked.

you’re free to view these metrics in real-time, or as a trend over a 7-day period.
All this really only scratches the surface of what the Circular Ring Slim can do.
One neat feature is the alarm clock and timer.
My one disappointment with the Circular Ring is that it truly is just a tracking gadget.
It tracks your movement, sleep, and some health metrics.
