Information in this article applies to Outlook Mail on Windows 10 as accessed through a web client.
The procedure we outline below overrides the language set at the operating system and web app level.
Change the default language on Outlook.com.
OpenSettingsby selecting the gear icon in the upper-right corner of the Outlook Mail screen.
SelectView all Outlook tweaks.
SelectGeneralto open a list of general controls options.
Select theLanguagedropdown arrow to display all the available languages and choose a language.
Once saved, Outlook.com automatically reloads with your new language configs.
