Experts say they might not even get very far because of the US governments bipartisan distrust of these companies.

I dont think Big Tech entering the space market is good or badits just an evolution of the market.

One of the obvious benefits of Big Tech moving into the space sector is money.

Big Tech has bucket loads of money, and space is expensive.

Mohney said many companies that venture to build a satellite broadband data pipe usually end up going bankrupt.

“If Big Tech invests in advancing space innovations, they will come up with a lot of innovation.

“Everybody would benefit from this.”

“[The companies] are in a much better position to see what peoples future needs are.”

However, he said that while NASA isn’t profitable, these companies are.

Overall, concerns over Big Tech should remain here on Earth, for now.
