SelectAccount Settingsand chooseAccount Settingsfrom the menu.

The New Outlook Data File dialog box will open.
SelectOutlook Data Fileand chooseOK.
Enter the name for the archive underFile nameand grab the location where you want to save the file.
SelectOKand terminate the window.
This is handy if you already have anArchivefolder that contains, say, all of last year’s mail.
Just drop it into the archive PST.
Alternatively, to archive individual items:
Right-smack the root folder named after your archive PST underMail Folders.
SelectNew Folderfrom the menu.
pop in the desired folder name.
Make sureMail and Post Itemsis selected underFolder containsif you want to archive emails.
For archiving other items, choose the appropriate category.
Drag and drop individual or groups of emails onto the newly created folder.
SelectAutoArchivefrom the menu that has appeared.
SelectClose “___“from the menu.
ChooseOpen Outlook Data File.
The PST file and its folders will appear underMail Folders, ready for action.
