You will see five default alert names with checkboxes next to them at the top of the screen.

Uncheck the ones you don’t want to use.

Keep the ones you do want to use checked.

Make the preferred changes and clickSave tweaks.

Next toGeneral Settingsare tabs for the individual alerts.

punch the tabs to customize the image and sound you want to use for each one.

You will have four alerts already set up.

press theFonttab to change the font controls for each alert and use theMediatab to customize the images and sounds.

Click theSave Settingsbutton at the bottom of the screen after making changes to each alert.

Take note of theAlert Package URLlisted at the top of the screen and copy this to your clipboard.

press the blueCreate Blank Overlaybutton in the top-right corner.

Enter a video game name that you’ll use these alerts for.

This is for your reference only.

Enter a name for the overlay and pressSubmit.

You’ll now see your new overlay in your profile.

choose the pen icon under the thumbnail image.

Click onWidgetsin the top menu.

On the left side, you will see a list of your Twitch alerts.

When you’re finished, click onLaunch Overlayin the bottom-left corner.

This will open your overlay in a new internet tool tab.

It will look blank right now and that’s completely normal.

Copy the website URL from your web client’s address bar and then terminate the tab.

after you snag your unique URL, take these actions:

OpenOBS Studioand right-press your workspace.

drop your copied StreamLabs, Muxy, or StreamElements URL into the URL field and pressOK.

The changes will take effect automatically.

What Are Twitch Alerts?

Twitch alerts are special notifications that appear during a broadcast on the official Twitch website and apps.

Streamers broadcasting via a Twitch mobile or console app are unable to incorporate alerts into their stream, however.

To enable Twitch Bits, go toDashboard>Partner tweaks>Bits & Cheering.

On Streamlabs, go toDonation parameters>PayPal>Donations parameters>parameters>Save parameters.
